LPU recently organized a program to honor the students with
outstanding achievements in Academics, Cultural and various other fields.
Students were honored by some of the eminent dignitaries of the university
including the Pro-Chancellor, Mrs. Rashmi Mittal, Director General Er. HR
Singla, Dean of Lovely Faculty of Business and Arts, Dr. Sanjay Modi to name a
few.
The students were invited along with their parents for the
ceremony.
It was held in the main auditorium of the university, Shree
Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium.
Students who had great academic record or had represented the
university in other campus events and had won were called through letters to
participate in the event along with their parents and be honored personally by
the dignitaries of the university.
To be included in the honor roll of the university is a huge
honor no matter which university you belong to.
It showcases the hard work, dedication as well as the kind of
effort the student has been successful in putting in their college life.
“I am highly proud to
be able to stand on this stage honored by the dignitaries, especially next to
my parents,” said one of the students who was present in the ceremony.
